Class Action Against Apple over Refurbished Goods

A federal court in California certified a class of Apple customers who claim the company breach agreements every time a consumer receives a “‘remanufactured replacement device’ because those devices are not ‘equivalent to new in performance and reliability’ as promised under the contract.”
