Indiana Files Complaint Against Sackler Family

Indiana has filed their second complaint for their state opioid case. 

Curtis Hill announced that the new state complaint was aimed at members of the Sackler family that founded Purdue Pharma. 

Hill alleged that the Sacklers and Purdue understated the dangers of long term use of opioids and played a key role in worsening the opioid crisis in Indiana. 

At the same time, Hill claims the Sackler made billions off the company’s deceptive marketing practices.
