A Missouri Man Is Acquitted of a 2020 Murder

A Missouri man has been acquitted of murdering a 19-year-old man and the woman who witnessed that shooting in 2020.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that a St. Louis jury found Darrell Fisher III, 29, not guilty Friday at his retrial on two counts of first-degree murder and other charges. Fisher had been accused of fatally shooting Malik Henderson, 19, and Zenobia Johnson, 25, three days apart in April 2020.

Fisher was tried on the same charges earlier this year, but that jury could not agree unanimously on the charges against him.
