Big Ox Energy and South Sioux City Agree to a $1.75 Million Settlement
Nearly five years after the issue began, more than a dozen South Sioux City homeowners have settled lawsuits against the city and Big Ox Energy.
Courts have officially approved a settlement agreement approved by South Sioux City’s City Council in June.
The city will pay half-a-million dollars of the $1.75 million settlement, with Big Ox contributing $166,000 and five other companies contributing the rest.
