15-Year-Old Sentenced to 100 Years in Prison for Involvement in Gang-Related Shooting of Woman Outside Nightclub

A 15-year-old boy from Indiana was sentenced to 100 years in prison for his involvement in a gang-related shooting that claimed the life of a woman, according to prosecutors.

Jo’Majze Larry learned his fate on July 29, the Madison County District Attorney’s Office announced in a news release.

Larry was convicted earlier this summer following a joint trial with co-defendant Rashawn Samuels, 19, in connection with the 2025 shooting death of 26-year-old Dayla Swain outside a nightclub in Anderson, which is a suburb of Indianapolis.
