$2.25M Settlement Reached Between New Hampshire and Harmony Montgomery’s Mother

The state of New Hampshire has reached a $2.25 million settlement agreement with the mother of Harmony Montgomery, the 5-year-old girl who was murdered by her father more than five years ago.

Crystal Sorey, Harmony’s mother, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in September 2024 against the state of New Hampshire and the Division of Children, Youth and Families.

Harmony’s father, Adam Montgomery, was convicted of her murder in February 2024.
