4 UPS Employees Sue the Louisville Metro Police Department Alleging Civil Rights Violations, Harassment

A lawsuit has been filed against the Louisville Metro Police Department alleging harassment and civil rights violations.

The plaintiffs allege they were harassed, intimidated and improperly searched during an interaction with LMPD officers on Feb. 10, 2023.

“I didn’t know what to do. I just froze. I was scared for my life,” said plaintiff Duron Weaver.
