Arizona Woman Sentenced to 52 Years in Prison After Admitting to Sexually Abusing Toddler and a Dog

An Arizona woman will spend 52 years in prison after she admitted to sexually abusing a toddler and a dog.

Kelly Rae Smith of Prescott Valley was arrested in May 2025 after an acquaintance of hers told law enforcement that Smith had made comments online about molesting children she had babysat.
