Blackstone to Acquire Champions Group, a Provider of Essential Home Services

Funds managed by Blackstone (BX) agreed to acquire Champions Group, a provider of essential home services, from Odyssey Investment Partners, the companies said on Tuesday. Odyssey and Champions’ management are keeping a significant minority investment.

Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
