Boston Scientific Completes $533M Acquisition of Nalu Medical, a Medical Tech Company Specializing in Chronic Pain Treatment

Boston Scientific has announced it has completed the acquisition of Nalu Medical, Inc., a medical technology company specialising in a miniaturised, battery-free Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) system designed to treat chronic pain.

The acquisition was initially announced back in October 2025, with the transaction consisting of an upfront cash payment of approximately 533 million USD according to the press release.
