Castle Hills Master Association to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Case for $55,000

Property management companies Castle Hills Master Association Inc., Bright Realty LLC, Bright Industries LLC, and Bright Executive Services LLC will pay $55,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

According to the suit, the companies terminated a pregnant resident coordinator who was diagnosed with placenta previa, a pregnancy-related disability.
