Chicago Cubs Sued by Transgender Employee Alleging Gender-Based Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation

A transgender employee is suing the Chicago Cubs.

The lawsuit says the employee has been the victim of sex and gender-based discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

The alleged harassment included being called derogatory names, being misgendered and quote “targeted with hostility,” the lawsuit says.
