Class-Action Lawsuit Filed Against NCAA Alleges a History of Discrimination Against Black Student-Athletes

McKinney argues the NCAA’s decision to adopt and enforce the APP represents a “pattern or practice of intentional discrimination against Black student-athletes at HBCUs on the basis of race.”
