Contractor to Pay $1M Regarding Overcharging Claims at Cannon Air Force Base

The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday that it has reached a settlement with a contractor over allegations that it violated contract requirements by giving the Air Force inflated prices at Cannon Air Force Base.

The contract, issued by the Department of the Air Force, required Noble Supply & Logistics, LLC to provide supplies and materials for upkeep of the base’s infrastructure and civil engineering needs through the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store.
