Delaware Hospital System Will Pay More Than $47 Million in a Billing Fraud Settlement
Christiana Care Health System, Delaware’s largest hospital system, will pay more than US$47 million to settle whistleblower allegations by its former compliance officer.

The settlement announced on December 22 comes nearly seven years after the filing of the lawsuit, which remained under seal for more than a year.
