Disney’s Copyright Expiration Results in a ‘Winnie the Pooh’ Horror Movie
A new horror film, ‘Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey,’ reimagining the beloved children’s character as a serial killer is in the works.
The first-look images of the gory slasher movie have been released.
‘Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey’ will feature Pooh and Piglet as the “main villains…going on a rampage” after being abandoned by a college-bound Christopher Robin.
“Christopher Robin is pulled away from them, and he’s not [given] them food, it’s made Pooh and Piglet’s life quite difficult,” said director Rhys Waterfield in an interview with Vanity Fair.
