Distribution Services Group to Acquire GradeEight Holdings, a Maintenance, Repair and Operations Distribution Business

Fort Worth-based Distribution Solutions Group has agreed to acquire GradeEight Holdings, a maintenance, repair and operations distribution business generating approximately $110 million in annual sales.

The deal includes Winzer Corporation, which operates through a national franchise network, and FastServ Supply, a retail chain with eight locations in Texas and Arkansas. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1978, Winzer serves customers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada, supported by distribution facilities in Texas and Michigan.
