Dr. Squatch to Pay $9M to Settle Lawsuit Alleging the Brand Falsely Advertised Its Soaps, Shampoos, Deodorants, and More as “Natural”

If you bought certain Dr. Squatch brand soap and personal care products labeled “natural” over the past eight years, you could be eligible for cash from a lawsuit settlement.

Dr. Squatch agreed to pay $9 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the personal care brand falsely advertised its soaps, shampoos, deodorants and other products as “natural” when they contained synthetic ingredients. Shoppers across the U.S. have until Nov. 27 to file a claim for a share of the money.
