Families of Waverly Flood Victims Sue CSX for $450 Million

Now, the families of victims of the deadly flood that has come to be synonymous with the Humphreys County town are hoping to hold someone accountable for their deaths — and make sure it never happens again.
Seventeen family members, for themselves and their loved ones, are suing the railroad company CSX Transportation and a local pair of property owners whose land sits next to the track.
