Family of Woman Killed in Warehouse Fire Sues SeaWorld, Others for Negligence

The family of a woman who died in an Orlando warehouse fire is suing multiple companies and individuals, including SeaWorld, for improperly handling and operating a fireworks business and fireworks storage facility, according to a recently filed lawsuit.

Sebastiano Tiralongo, the father of Elizabeth Tiralongo, who was killed in a fire along with three others late last year, also named Magic in the Sky Florida LLC and Magic in the Sky LLC and its owners in the negligence lawsuit, in addition to other companies.

The lawsuit includes SeaWorld, because it contracted with the businesses for its firework displays at the theme park, according to the complaint.
