A family is suing Topgolf in Hillsboro after their child was allegedly hit with a golf club during a birthday party two years ago.

The suit claims the then 9-year-old boy suffered a fractured skull and a traumatic brain injury and required emergency neurosurgery.

The lawsuit claims the boy was behind the red safety line when the incident occurred.
