Former Charlotte FC Employee Sues Tepper Sports Alleging Discrimination Against Male Employees

A former Charlotte FC employee is suing Tepper Sports and Entertainment, claiming that after his firing two years ago, the organization discriminates against men, holding women to a different, more lenient standard.

Dustin Swinehart, a longtime professional soccer player in Charlotte, alleges in a lawsuit filed June 16 that TSE “fostered an uneven gender landscape that punished men and protected women.” Such actions would constitute violations of state and federal law.
