Former Comcast Employee Sues Company for Allowing Coworkers to Smash Pies in the Faces of Low-Performing Employees While Tied to a Chair

A former Comcast employee is suing the company for allowing coworkers to smash cream pies into the faces of low-performing workers while they were tied to a chair in a backroom of the retail store.

David Figueroa of Meriden, a former employee at Comcast’s Plainville retail store, filed a lawsuit July 9 at Superior Court in Meriden seeking compensation in excess of $15,000 for abuse allegedly suffered at the hands of coworkers.
