Former UFC Champion Cain Velasquez Is Charged With Attempted Murder
Former UFC champion Cain Velasquez was jailed Monday on a charge of attempted murder, the San Jose, Calif., police department announced Tuesday.
Velasquez is accused of shooting another man at least once, resulting in non-life threatening injuries.
He is currently awaiting trial at the Santa Clara County main jail, and police continue to investigate the situation, including the motives of the accused.
