Fresno Unified Sued by Employee Over Sexual Harassment, Retaliation Allegations

A Fresno Unified employee is suing the school district, alleging a former human resources director paid him for sexual favors, threatened his job, the employment of family members, and his son’s educational future.

The lawsuit, filed Oct. 2 in Fresno County Superior Court, names Fresno Unified School District and former human resources director Manjit Atwal as defendants.
