Garber Management Group to Pay $1.5M to Settle Fraud Allegations Related to Paycheck Protection Program

Garber Management Group Inc. will pay more than $1.5 million to settle fraud allegations related to the Paycheck Protection Program.

The company is accused of violating the False Claims Act by making false statements to the U.S. Small Business Administration to secure a loan for which it was ineligible.

Garber Management has cooperated with the government investigation from the beginning, according to authorities.
