House Ethics Panel to Investigate Rep. Swalwell’s Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California announced Monday he will resign from Congress following sexual assault and misconduct allegations that prompted loud bipartisan calls for him to step down.
