Injured Driver That Was Shoved Under a Semi Truck Settles for $524,000

Keith Fuicelli, of Fuicelli & Lee, PC, represented the victim of an auto-accident. She was rear-ended, which caused her to go underneath the semi truck in front of her. She sustained injuries such a a traumatic brain injury, broken ribs, and broken pelvis. Mr. Fuicelli obtained $100k from her UIM carrier and additional $424k from the at-fault insurance carrier.
