Kellogg Files Lawsuit Against Ohio Food Truck for Copyright Infringement, Says it Had ‘No Other Choice’

Kellogg filed a lawsuit against an Ohio food truck for copyright infringement after the company says its operators refused to abandon Eggo-related branding.

According to 614 NOW, an Ohio food truck called “L’Eggo my Eggroll” is being sued by multinational food conglomerate Kellogg, which owns the popular Eggo brand.

Citing Bloomberg Law, the outlet reported that Kellogg has accused the food truck of utilizing a font and color scheme that appears to mimic Eggo packaging.
