Teva and Allergan to Pay $120 Million in Third Kentucky Settlement

A pair of pharmaceutical companies will pay Kentucky $120 million in a settlement.
On Monday, Attorney General Daniel Cameron made the announcement. Teva Pharmaceutical and Allergan were accused of using marketing and promotional practices that fueled the opioid epidemic.
Teva will pay over $71 million over 13 years, and Allergan has seven years to shell out over $48 million.
