Krispy Kreme Faces Lawsuit After Data Breach of Employee’s Personal Information

A former Krispy Kreme employee has filed a class action lawsuit against the company claiming it failed to protect the personal information of its current and former workers. 

The nationwide class action lawsuit accuses the donut producer of not adequately protecting its workers’ private information due to not implementing encryption or redacting highly sensitive information.
