Landmark Dodge Settles Employment Discrimination Lawsuit with EEOC

Landmark Dodge has agreed to overhaul its hiring practices and settle a federal lawsuit from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for $275,000.
The EEOC’s case questioned the hiring practices of Landmark Dodge from 2017-2019, saying the dealership refused to hire women for sales roles and men for office jobs.
During the lawsuit, the EEOC identified more than a dozen women and men Landmark Dodge refused to hire because of their sex.
