Victim of Elder Abuse is Awarded $4.3 Million

Stephen Garcia, of Garcia & Artigliere, represented a victim of elder abuse. This case resulted in the jury awarding $4,357,763.40 for the abuse and neglect the plaintiff suffered against the nursing home.
