Jury Awards $120 Million to Man in a Medical Malpractice Lawsuit Against Medical Center in New York

A state Supreme Court jury this week returned a $120 million verdict against Westchester Medical Center.

It’s also being called the largest award ever in a medical malpractice case in the county.

It all stemmed from a stroke suffered by 41-year-old William Lee, of Elmsford, in November 2018.
