Maryland Man Arrested for Robberies Spanning 100 Miles in Adams and Luzerne Counties

A Maryland man was charged after several incidents over 100 miles apart in multiple Pennsylvania counties, including an alleged robbery in Gettysburg, ended with his arrest in northeastern Pennsylvania, police said.

David Kelpy, 40, of Damascus, Md., is facing separate cases in Adams and Luzerne counties, according to charging documents filed by police on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.
