Three Fired Employees Sue The Hershey Company Over Its Vaccine Mandate

Three former employees of The Hershey Company sued the company last week for its COVID-19 vaccine mandate that resulted in them getting fired.
Benjamin Stoffel, Cheryl Malovic, and Jennifer Gurdock are suing the company for religious discrimination on the basis that the company’s policy did not accommodate their religious beliefs against receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, according to the joint lawsuit filed by Andrea Shaw.
Thomas Seltzner, a former senior manager in The Hershey Company, is also suing The Hershey Company in federal court on the grounds that he was terminated due to his religious beliefs.
