Motorcyclist Accused of Smashing in the Back of Woman’s Car Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Assault

The motorcyclist accused of smashing in the back of a woman’s car near Philadelphia’s City Hall while her young children were inside and then waving a gun at her has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, the district attorney’s office said on Thursday.

Cody Heron, 27, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of an instrument of crime on Wednesday, the district attorney’s office said.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 5.
