Northwell Health and Nuvance Health Complete Merger

It’s a done deal, Northwell Health and Nuvance Health have formally merged combining health care facilities in the Hudson Valley with those in Connecticut.

The new system, to be known as Northwell Health, includes the Nuvance’s Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel and Danbury Hospital.
