Live Nation to Pay $20M to Settle Shareholder Class Action

Entertainment giant Live Nation has agreed to pay $20 million to settle a shareholder lawsuit accusing it of making misleading statements about industry competition and compliance with antitrust laws, artificially boosting its stock price.

A proposed class action settlement was filed on Friday in the federal court in Riverside, California, and requires a judge’s approval.
