A new federal lawsuit filed in Austin accuses surveillance camera company Flock Safety of gender discrimination and retaliation.

Megan Deterling, a former accounts manager who started at the company in January 2024, said she was given fewer and lower-quality accounts than her male colleagues and faced increased scrutiny.
