Symphony Pastries, Manufacturer of European-Inspired and Traditional American Desserts, Acquires Classic Cakes Pastry Division

Symphony Pastries, a family-owned manufacturer of European-inspired and traditional American desserts, has acquired the pastry division of Classic Cake. The deal brings together authentic pastry portfolios from two established Philadelphia-area bakery operations.

With Classic Cake’s distribution and American dessert expertise, Symphony will have the resources to grow its pastry presence across foodservice, hospitality and retail markets. The merger also creates new opportunities for the baking company to expand its product portfolio and respond to evolving customer needs.
