Texas Woman Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison for Setting Fire to Washington State Church Causing More Than $3.2M in Damages

A Texas woman has been sentenced to six years in prison for setting fire to a Washington state church, a blaze that caused more than $3.2 million in damage and injured one firefighter.
Natasha Marie O’Dell, 38, of Temple, Texas, pleaded guilty in April to arson, damage to religious property, and obstruction of persons in the free exercise of religious beliefs. All three charges are considered federal felonies.
