The Minnesota Monsters Football Team Facing Lawsuit for Trademark Infringement by Former League

The Minnesota Monsters, formerly known as the Duluth Harbor Monsters, are facing a lawsuit following the team’s rebrand and move to a new league.
The lawsuit was filed on April 20, in the U.S. District Court for Minnesota, by Pulling Guard Productions, LLC, as The Arena League (TAL). It includes a number of defendants, including the Monsters, new owner Jacob Lambert and his manufacturing company, former general manager Steve Walters, and former owner Brent LaBrie.
