Trump Refiles Defamation Suit Against The New York Times

President Trump’s legal team has refiled its lawsuit against The New York Times after a federal judge dismissed a previous filing, saying the suit was too long and needed to be whittled down.

As part of its new suit, the president charges that the Times and several of its reporters defamed him, using reckless disregard for the truth as it covered him in the lead-up to the 2024 election.
