Two Former NYPD Officers Sentenced to Probation After Sexually Abusing Drunk Woman in Bronx

Two former NYPD officers were sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a drunk woman in the Bronx back in 2023, according to District Attorney Darcel Clark.

Prosecutors said 42-year-old Julio Alcantara-Santiago and 34-year-old Christian Garcia were drinking with the victim at a Bronx nightspot on July 9. Both officers were seen holding the woman up by her arms and leaving the club in surveillance video, according to prosecutors.
