Brittany Ann Russell, of Weitz & Luxenberg PC, represented Cynthia B. Cowger after she was exposed to asbestos from dry cleaning press pads manufactured by the defendant while working at an industrial laundry facility from 1974-1979 and developed malignant pleural mesothelioma in 2016. This trial resulted in a $23,000,000 verdict in the plaintiff’s favor.
