Victim of Car Crash Receives a $1,250,000 Settlement

Modoline Altenor, of Law Office of Modoline Altenor, P.A., represented the victim of a car crash. The at fault driver pulled into traffic crashing into Mrs. Altenor’s client. The force of collision was so severe it forced the plaintiff’s vehicle to flip over, land on its roof and continue to slide until coming to a rest by crashing into a third vehicle. The plaintiff was seat belted yet found with terrible injuries. The case settled in two months without need of litigation, the settlement was $1,250,000.
