Woman Arrested After Viral Video Shows Her Allegedly Harassing Latino Family

A woman charged with harassing a St. Louis family for over a year is in custody, online records show.

The arrest comes over a week after a court granted the family an order of protection against the suspect, Judy Kline, 54, who faces several charges, including first-degree burglary and property damage.

Kline was arrested on Thursday and is currently being held at St. Louis City Justice Center, according to online records. She is next scheduled to appear in court on March 3.
