Woman is Awarded $30 Million After Husband Dies of Mesothelioma from Asbestos Exposure

Vanessa Firnhaber Oslund, of Bergman Draper Oslund Udo, represented the wife of a man who was exposed to asbestos while employed by Ameron Int’l Corp at its pipe factory in 1974 and died from mesothelioma in 2020.

The wife was awarded $30,000,000.
