WVU Hospitals Facing Class Action Suit Filed by Employee Over Hidden Cameras Found in Staff Bathrooms

WVU Hospitals, Ruby Memorial Hospital and West Virginia United Health System have been named in a class action lawsuit filed by an employee in the case of hidden cameras found in staff bathrooms.

The suit was filed Tuesday in Monongalia County Circuit Court by a female employee known as “P.J.P.”

It claims the hospital failed to protect employees against the intrusion, causing anxiety, humiliation and emotional distress.
